PRIMER

These classes are designed to get the heart rate up. They are high intensity without the heavy lifting. This class suits beginners to advanced as all exercises can be adapted to the individuals need.

 

ARSENAL

Arsenal is a training style which incorporates varied, high intensity, functional movements.  No two workouts are the same so you never get bored.

 

TEENS CLASSES

Teens classes are designed to teach teens how to exercise properly.  The class is made up of cardio, introducing teens to lifting and gymnastic exercises.  Every class is different so they never get bored, only fitter and stronger.

 

SENIORS CLASSES

55+ YEARS

This class is a true testament that you’re  never too old to do Arsenal.  We will help you gain better upper body strength, core strength and all over fitness in a class environment that is supportive and encouraging.
